Teaching Assistant

- Honor Calculus II in UM-SJTU Joint Institute
- Honor Physics I in UM-SJTU Joint Institute

I served as the teaching assistant of these two courses, and I was responsible for grading, recitation class and office hour.

For Honor Calculus II, students were taught about one-dimensional calculus, including the basic concept in calculus, derivative and integral. I taught students with tricks to solve integral and derivative. For Honor Physics I, students were taught Newtonian mechanics, including the concept of force, velocity, and acceleration. Part of oscillation is also included. I taught students with skills in analyzing physics situations they met.

Advisor

- Advising Center in UM-SJTU Joint Institute

I advised freshmen on their course work and major choosing as the advisor. I also invited excellent alumni or senior students to share their stories with freshmen on why they chose their major and career. I also share with freshmen how to apply for the transfer program and finding research.

I also worked on the propaganda of the Advising Center throught WeChat Officials to give more students help.
